Leadership Launch Point Program

Every journey has a beginning – a launch point. Without an accurate understanding of where you are starting from, it is unwise to assume that the course you set will get you to the destination you desire. If you are out by just one degree you may miss your target completely.

This program establishes a launch point for you and your business. There are two separate assessments undertaken followed by a debrief session for each. Once you have completed these, you will have an informed starting point for your leadership development journey and a starting point in which to take your business to the next level. You are informed and ready to make a decision and take action.

Would you follow a medical prescription without a diagnosis being done first? What is better - diagnosing yourself or having an objective and experienced practitioner conduct the diagnosis or assessment?

Effective change can only occur when you are open and willing to face reality and avoid stories and excuses. Start that journey with a partner who has your best interests at heart.

Your business and its people are intrinsically linked, so the aim of these assessments is to focus on which elements you can impact and improve. Not the factors outside of your influence or control.

Utilising a unique leadership profiling assessment called the Being Profile ™, which was designed specifically for entrepreneurs and leaders, we hone in on your personal launch point. 

The Being Profile ™ covers 31 distinct qualities which impact individual performance in business and life. And, it cuts through superficial elements such as personalities and behaviours to examine what fundamentally drives decisions and action. Besides being a powerful reflective starting point, it is very efficient at identifying areas where individualized steps and actions can create a meaningful change in who you choose to be and what the impact of that is. It acts to spotlight areas for growth so change happens from the inside-out. This can be a profound experience as people discover how they operate and how they relate to and impact others, whether inside or outside of their organisation.

We use a proprietary Business Health Check Questionnaire to hone in on the business launch point.  The questionnaire is designed to assess how your business is performing across six key areas as well as an overall view of your business health. It identifies areas of risk and improvement that, if prioritised, can help you sleep better, reduce stress and re-energise you and your team.

Every person and business is unique. Comparing yourself or your business to others can be an unhelpful distraction. What matters most is who your business serves, why, what is needed and how to operate effectively. To do this at the highest level, takes effective leadership.    

The program involves the completion of an online questionnaire for each of the Being Profile and Business Health Check assessments.

You will participate in a 2 hour debrief session (on-line, or in person, if practical) after you have completed each questionnaire. The debrief will be held with an experienced and qualified practitioner, so you can delve into the results. A report will also be provided outlining the results of each assessment.  

Armed with valuable insights you are better prepared to decide which course of action to take. Leaders know, for things to change you must change!  

To complete this program, you will need:

Having completed the Launch Point program you have completed the foundation elements of the Business Leaders Roundtable, Growth in Leadership program, and are eligible to apply to this invitation only program.
